Right to elementary education

Elementary education in India comprises education imparted to children from class 1to class viii as per record of census 2011 and ministry of human resources development it includes children in the age 6-13years . elementary learning of well being and cleanliness is an important thing for primary education for keeping the child’s physical well being in good condition playing and exercising elementary education also called primary education the first stage traditionally found in formal education

All children between the ages of 6 and 14 shall have the right to free and compulsory elementary education at aneihbourhood school, there is no direct school fees, or indirect cost uniforms, text books mid day meals.transportation, to be borne by the chilld or the parents to abtain elementary education
The act makes education a fundamental right of every child between the ages of 6 and 14 and specific minimum norms in elementary school in the construction of India was set up as and act.the state shall endeavour to provide, within a period of ten years from the commencement of this conversation for free and compulsory education for all children until they complete the age of fourteen years
