||ENHANCING YOURSELF||

The youths of this era spend their most of the time on the Internet using whatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc and partying. Of course, they can also be considered as a savior when you need any destruction. But at some point of a life, you won’t have any choices. Life will compel you to take your first step. Therefore, “Think for yourself” is the right thing you can do according to my experience. Everyone, in today’s generation needs to know his or her own morals. Knowing what is good or bad in yourself is one of the best things you can do.

At some point, the information is being given to you, but you have to comprehend things by hearing, interpreting, making your own opinions then doing something regarding it. You will make decisions based on experience and memorable life occurrence, then apply judgement on them. This circumstance will demand commitment where you have to pick a side and make a hard choice. You will stop thinking on your own and be dependent on other’s perceptions. You let people’s opinions become your own, accepting anger and myths as facts and an excuse. You will even find yourself more confused and more frustrated.

Then what to do for dealing with these situations?

The answer is “Thinking for yourself”.

To think for yourself is getting to know yourself better, loving yourself, becoming aware of your strengths and weakness. Improving on those weak domains is self improvement. This self improvement makes you aware of things where you lack and lead. You should know what is the best and the worst thing in you. Development of your own thought leads to development of yourself. It is a crucial thing in self improvement. Here, I am telling you what are the common factors affecting your process of Self-Improvement and how to deal with them:-

1. Anger

Anger is the main cause of any problem. In the heat of the moment, you say something and then regret it later. That’s why it becomes the biggest enemy of yours. Block out all things that make you angry and go into a pleasant restful place. Be there until you calm down. Then allow other peeps getting involved in the conversation or anything you are doing. It is best way controlling your anger.

2. Overreacting & Overthinking
Getting angry results overreaction. We overreact from time to time whenever we get angry or upset or defensive. After reacting to something, we start thinking over it whether we did was right or not; if our friend feels bad, we start regretting for our actions, thinking we shouldn’t have done this. Whenever you feel you are overreacting, just become a listener and respond calmly. Take a deep breath as it helps slow down fight response. Start analyzing the situation and find a way to be a rational.
To stop being an overthinker, do random things and keep yourself busy. You should start talking to your close ones or listening to music. Even if these don’t work, take a little nap. This can make you think positive and calm.

3. Stressed out under work pressure

Having a lot of work can make you stressed out. Under stress you can feel tense, nervous or slow. In the middle of stress, take a walk around the premises or wherever you are, for 5-10 minutes. If it also doesn’t work, take a 30-45 mins nap.

4. Impatient (No Patience)

People have a tendency of getting irritated, annoyed quickly. Due to lack of patience, stress grows to whatever happens in their life which make them become frustrated. To avoid impatience, get yourself occupied with other activities. At that moment, rather than applying 100 percent, you should give 25 percent of energy in the same work.

5. Sentimental

Overthinking causes being sentimental. Being sentimental, you get a feeling of tenderness, sadness in an exaggerated way. You get overemotional and take the wrong decision. To stop being sentimental, talk and express your feelings & thoughts to someone who is reliable and also explore the reasons for strong emotional reactions.
